Here you will find information about deliveries from Växtbutiken. We ship from Sweden to Sweden and to all EU countries except Greece, Malta and Cyprus.
Orders and delivery time
We ship orders every weekday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next weekday. Normal delivery time is 1–3 working days within Sweden and 3–6 working days to other EU countries after the order has been shipped.
Shipping methods and prices – Sweden
- DSV to a service point: 49 SEK. You choose from the five nearest available service points at checkout.
- PostNord home delivery: 59 SEK. Home delivery applies to parcels up to 3 kg.
- Free shipping when the order total after discounts is at least 599 SEK.
Shipping methods and prices – other EU countries
- Shipping: 169 SEK (approx. €15). DSV delivers to your door. You will get a text message and can change the delivery yourself – in most countries to a service point too. To Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania we ship with DHL to a service point, and to Ireland with DHL home delivery.
- Free shipping when the order total after discounts is at least 1,995 SEK (approx. €179).
Prices in the shop are in Swedish kronor (SEK). Your bank or card issuer converts the amount to your currency.
The available shipping methods and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout before purchase. Shipping is a fixed price per order.
Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link.
Delayed, damaged or missing parcel
Contact us at info@vaxtbutiken.eu and include your order number, and we will help you look into the delivery. Please attach photos if the parcel or the items are damaged.
