Returns and right of withdrawal
For distance purchases covered by Swedish or applicable EU law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. You do not need to give a reason. Notify us at info@vaxtbutiken.eu within the withdrawal period and contact us for the return address. Please include your order number or other information that helps us identify the purchase.
You arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself when you withdraw from a purchase. We do not provide a return label. Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. Your notice of withdrawal does not need our approval to be valid.
Condition of the item
You may examine the item's characteristics and function in the way needed to assess it. Opening the outer packaging does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is lost. Pack the item carefully when returning it, preferably in the original packaging. If you have handled the item more than necessary, we may make a deduction for diminished value to the extent permitted by law.
Exceptions
The fact that an item is sold by weight or at a reduced price does not in itself mean that it is exempt from the right of withdrawal. We only apply exceptions that are supported by law, for example goods that deteriorate quickly or expire, genuinely personalised goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken by the customer. Damage, faulty items and exchanges
Please check your order when you receive it and contact info@vaxtbutiken.eu if an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, so that we can assess the problem and help you. The rule on customer-paid returns after withdrawal does not limit your statutory rights in the event of a complaint. We pay for necessary return shipping when we are responsible for the fault. Refunds
On withdrawal, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown that it has been sent back, whichever comes first. If you withdraw from the entire purchase, the cost of our cheapest standard delivery is also refunded. The additional cost of a more expensive delivery option that you chose yourself is not refunded.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise, and without a fee for the refund. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time before the amount appears in your account. Contact info@vaxtbutiken.eu if you have questions about a refund.
