Fly agaric (Amanita Muscaria) is one of the most recognisable mushrooms in the world, with its bright red cap and white spots. It grows wild in conifer and birch forests across the entire northern hemisphere, including Sweden, and is strongly associated with Nordic folklore and winter landscapes.
The whole caps are carefully picked and dried at a low temperature to preserve their characteristic shape and colour. The ground version is dried just as carefully, but finely milled for those who want to work with the material in, for example, crafts or nature studies.
The mushroom has a long cultural history. Among the indigenous peoples of Siberia, including the Khanty and the Koryak, the fly agaric has held a central place in traditional rituals and storytelling traditions going back thousands of years. Its distinctive red-and-white appearance has also been linked to Christmas iconography and the modern image of Santa Claus and his reindeer.

Riktigt bra medicin mot ångest, oro, sömnproblem. Effektiv sedativ och lugnande, helt klart gaba och andra effekter, utan att ha samma biverkningar som bensos kan ha. Verkade vara bra för min aptit med, minskade illamående.
Lägg en tesked pulver i te och tillsätt lite grädde för att öka biotillgängligheten, börja med en halv tesked för att se om du är känslig. Man ska inte överdriva med doseringarna för det kan ha vissa bieffekter i högre dos.
